Conflux Documentation
Conflux is a cross-chain platform for moving and exchanging digital assets through one streamlined interface. It brings bridge and swap workflows together, helping users discover a suitable route, review the expected outcome, and complete a transaction without switching between multiple applications.
This documentation explains the public Conflux experience: how to connect a wallet, create a transaction, choose execution preferences, use advanced tools, track activity, and participate in the referral program.
Conflux is a self-directed application. You remain responsible for your wallet, destination addresses, and the assets you choose to use.

What is Conflux?
Conflux helps users bridge and swap assets across supported blockchain networks.
A bridge transaction moves value from one network to another. A swap exchanges one asset for another. Conflux combines these actions when necessary, so a single user flow can cover a same-chain exchange, a cross-chain transfer, or a cross-chain exchange.
One interface for multiple transaction types
Conflux is designed around a simple input-and-output model:
- Choose the asset and network you are sending from.
- Choose the asset and network you want to receive on.
- Enter an amount.
- Review the available route and expected result.
- Confirm the required wallet actions.
- Follow the transaction until completion.
The interface adapts to the selected networks and assets. Available routes, estimated output, timing, fees, and required actions may change from one pair to another.
Smart route discovery
Conflux evaluates available liquidity and execution options for the selected transaction. The resulting quote is presented before execution so you can review important details before confirming anything in your wallet.
Depending on the selected mode, Conflux can prioritize speed, cost, or a balanced route.
Multi-chain wallet experience
Conflux supports several blockchain ecosystems, including EVM networks, Solana, Tron, Bitcoin, and Sui. Exact network and token availability changes over time and is displayed directly in the application.
Some transactions only require a source wallet. Others may also require a compatible destination wallet or a manually entered destination address.
Built for clarity
The transaction flow keeps the most important information visible:
- source and destination networks;
- assets and amounts;
- estimated output;
- route details;
- price impact;
- slippage preference;
- expected fees;
- destination address;
- transaction progress.
Always treat the live confirmation screen as the source of truth for the transaction you are about to submit.
Getting started
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- a supported wallet;
- enough of the source asset for the transaction;
- enough native network token to pay any required wallet-side network fee;
- access to the destination wallet if the transaction requires it;
- the correct destination address when sending to a different wallet.
Wallets and networks can behave differently. If your wallet supports multiple networks, verify that the active account and network are the ones you intend to use.
Connect a wallet
- Open conflux.fi.
- Select Connect Wallet.
- Choose your wallet or sign-in method.
- Confirm the connection request in your wallet.
Connecting a wallet lets the interface display balances, prepare transactions, and associate activity with your address. Connecting alone does not move assets and does not authorize a transaction.
You will still review and confirm each required wallet action.
Select the source
In the From section:
- Select the source network.
- Select the asset you want to send.
- Enter the amount.
Your available balance is shown when it can be retrieved from the connected wallet. Leave enough native token for network fees when the source network requires them.
Select the destination
In the To section:
- Select the destination network.
- Select the asset you want to receive.
- Confirm the destination wallet or enter another destination address.
Conflux will request a quote after it has enough information to evaluate the transaction.
Review the quote
Before continuing, check:
- the amount you are sending;
- the estimated amount you will receive;
- the source and destination networks;
- the destination address;
- estimated fees;
- expected timing;
- minimum expected output;
- price impact and any warnings.
Quotes are time-sensitive. Market conditions and network state can change between quote creation and transaction submission. If a quote expires, refresh it before proceeding.
Complete the wallet actions
The button label reflects the next required action. Read every wallet prompt carefully and confirm that the network, asset, amount, and destination match what you reviewed in Conflux.
Track completion
After submission, keep the transaction page open while Conflux tracks progress. A cross-chain transaction can pass through multiple stages before the destination asset arrives.
Do not submit the same transaction again only because the destination balance has not updated immediately. First check the displayed status and the relevant network explorers.
Bridge and swap
Same-chain swap
A same-chain swap exchanges assets without moving value to another blockchain.
Example:
- send USDC on one network;
- receive another token on the same network.
The transaction remains subject to liquidity, price impact, slippage, network fees, and wallet confirmation requirements.
Cross-chain bridge
A bridge moves value between blockchain networks.
Example:
- send an asset on Ethereum;
- receive value on Base.
The delivered asset may be the same asset or another supported asset, depending on the selected pair and available route.
Cross-chain swap
A cross-chain swap combines network transfer and asset conversion in one guided flow.
Example:
- send one token on an EVM network;
- receive a different token on Solana.
Conflux prepares the available route and presents the expected result before you submit the transaction.
Current availability
Not every asset is available on every network, and not every network pair has an active route at all times. Availability can change because of liquidity, market conditions, network status, transaction size, or temporary service limitations.
The network and token selectors in the application show the currently available options.
Quotes and estimates
A quote is an estimate based on current conditions. It can include:
- expected output;
- minimum output;
- route;
- estimated execution time;
- network and execution costs;
- price impact.
The amount received can differ from the initial estimate within the accepted slippage range. The final wallet confirmation and transaction details should always be reviewed before submission.
Auto and Manual modes
Conflux offers two settings modes for different levels of control.
Auto mode
Auto mode is the default choice for most users. It applies smart routing preferences and suggested protection settings to reduce setup complexity.
Auto mode is intended to:
- discover a suitable route for the selected transaction;
- apply an optimized slippage setting;
- reduce the number of decisions required before execution;
- keep the transaction flow straightforward.
Choose Auto mode when you want Conflux to handle route preferences using the information available for the transaction.
Manual mode
Manual mode exposes additional controls for experienced users.
Depending on route availability, Manual mode can provide:
- custom slippage;
- route priority selection;
- greater control over execution preferences;
- additional transaction configuration.
Manual settings do not guarantee a better result. A restrictive setting can make a transaction unavailable or cause it to fail when market conditions move.
Choosing a mode
Use Auto mode if:
- you are new to cross-chain transactions;
- you want a streamlined experience;
- you do not need a specific route preference;
- you prefer suggested protection settings.
Consider Manual mode if:
- you understand slippage and price impact;
- you need to prioritize speed or cost;
- you want to set a specific slippage tolerance;
- you are comfortable reviewing advanced transaction details.
You can change the mode in swap settings before submitting a transaction.
Slippage and route priority
What is slippage?
Slippage is the difference between the quoted price and the execution price. It can occur when market prices change or available liquidity shifts while a transaction is being processed.
Slippage tolerance defines how much unfavorable movement you are willing to accept.
If execution would fall outside the permitted range, the transaction should not complete under the quoted conditions. Network fees may still apply to an attempted on-chain transaction.
Smart slippage
The Smart option uses a suggested slippage setting. It is designed for users who do not need to choose a custom percentage.
This setting is still a tolerance, not a guaranteed price. Always review the expected and minimum output before confirming.
Preset and custom slippage
The interface may offer common presets such as:
- 0.1%;
- 0.5%;
- 1.0%;
- 2.0%.
Manual mode also allows a custom value within the supported range.
A lower tolerance can provide tighter price protection but may increase the chance that a transaction cannot execute. A higher tolerance can improve execution reliability but allows a larger unfavorable price movement.
Avoid increasing slippage simply to force a problematic quote through. Review the route, transaction size, price impact, and market conditions first.
Price impact
Price impact is the estimated effect of your transaction on the available market price. It is different from slippage:
- price impact relates to the size of your transaction compared with available liquidity;
- slippage is the allowed change between quote and execution.
Large price impact can materially reduce the amount received. Conflux displays warnings when a transaction appears risky or inefficient.
Route priority
When available, route priority lets you express a preference:
- Fastest prioritizes expected execution speed;
- Cheapest prioritizes lower estimated cost;
- Smart balances available route characteristics.
These are preferences rather than guarantees. Actual completion time and cost depend on network conditions and the final transaction route.
Transaction review
The review step is the last opportunity to verify the complete transaction before interacting with your wallet.
Check the source
Confirm:
- source network;
- source asset;
- amount to send;
- connected source wallet;
- available balance;
- estimated network fee.
Check the destination
Confirm:
- destination network;
- destination asset;
- destination address;
- estimated output;
- minimum output.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Sending to an incorrect address or incompatible network can result in permanent loss.
Check the route
Review the displayed route, estimated duration, costs, and warnings. A route can include more than one execution step.
If anything has changed since you entered the amount, request a fresh quote.
Understand fees
The total result can be affected by:
- source network fees;
- destination network activity;
- execution costs;
- market movement;
- price impact;
- selected slippage;
- optional features such as Add Gas.
Fees and estimates are shown during the transaction flow when available.
Destination address
By default, Conflux can use the connected destination wallet address. You can also send supported transactions to another compatible address.
When to use a custom address
A custom destination address can be useful when:
- sending assets to another wallet you control;
- sending directly to a recipient;
- moving assets to a different compatible account.
Supported address formats
The required format depends on the destination network. Examples include:
0x...addresses for EVM networks;- Solana addresses;
- Bitcoin addresses;
T...addresses for Tron;0x...account addresses for Sui.
An address that is valid on one network may be invalid or unsafe on another.
Safety checklist
Before saving a destination address:
- Copy it directly from the destination wallet.
- Verify the destination network.
- Compare the first and last characters.
- Avoid manually typing long addresses.
- Recheck the address in the transaction review.
- Consider a smaller test transaction when using a new address.
Conflux validates basic address format where possible, but format validation cannot confirm that you control the address or that the recipient is correct.
Add Gas
Add Gas is an optional cross-chain feature that can include a small amount of the destination network's native token with the transaction.
Why destination gas matters
After receiving an asset on a new network, you may need the network's native token to make the next transaction.
Examples of native gas assets include:
- ETH on Ethereum and several EVM networks;
- BNB on BNB Chain;
- AVAX on Avalanche;
- POL or MATIC on Polygon environments;
- SOL on Solana;
- TRX on Tron;
- BTC on Bitcoin.
How Add Gas works
When the selected cross-chain route supports it:
- Enable Add Gas.
- Choose the displayed amount.
- Review how the option affects the source amount and expected destination result.
- Confirm the transaction.
The interface provides a default value and caps the requested value at the supported maximum. The current maximum is displayed in the application and may be up to 5 USD.
Availability
Add Gas is available only for eligible cross-chain transactions. It is not shown for same-chain swaps or routes that cannot provide destination gas.
The exact native amount depends on the current asset price and route conditions.
TWAP orders
TWAP stands for Time-Weighted Average Price. A TWAP order divides a larger amount into smaller parts and schedules them over a selected duration.
Why use TWAP?
Splitting a transaction can reduce the effect of executing the entire amount at one moment. It may be useful when:
- the transaction is large relative to available liquidity;
- you want to spread execution over time;
- you prefer several smaller market interactions instead of one transaction.
TWAP does not guarantee a better average price. Market prices can move in either direction during the schedule, and each part is subject to route availability and network conditions.
Configure a TWAP order
- Select the source and destination assets.
- Switch the execution type from Market to TWAP.
- Choose a duration.
- Choose the number of parts.
- Review the amount per part and execution interval.
- Start the order and follow its progress.
Available duration presets include:
- 15 minutes;
- 1 hour;
- 4 hours;
- a custom duration.
Custom durations can range from 5 minutes to 24 hours. An order can be divided into 2 to 48 parts, with common presets of 4, 8, 12, and 24.
Network availability
TWAP availability depends on the selected pair:
- same-chain TWAP is available for eligible EVM and Solana routes;
- cross-chain TWAP is limited to eligible EVM-to-EVM routes;
- cross-chain parts use a minimum execution interval of five minutes.
If TWAP is unavailable for a selected pair, the interface displays the relevant limitation.
During execution
A TWAP order can remain active for an extended period. Keep enough balance and network gas available for the required steps.
Individual parts can encounter changing prices, route availability, or network delays. Review the order status before taking additional action.
TWAP risks
Consider the following:
- the market can move against you during the schedule;
- later parts may execute at different prices;
- route availability can change;
- network costs can differ between parts;
- cancelling or pausing may not reverse parts already submitted.
TWAP is an execution tool, not a price guarantee.
Referral program
The Conflux referral program rewards users who introduce new participants to the platform.
How it works
- Connect your wallet on the Referral page.
- Receive a personal referral link.
- Share the link with your audience or community.
- Eligible activity is attributed to your referral ID.
- Track results and available rewards in the referral dashboard.
Reward rate
Referrers can earn 35% of the Conflux swap fee generated by qualifying referred activity.
Referred users do not pay an extra surcharge because they used a referral link. The reward comes from Conflux's share of the applicable fee.
Referral attribution
The dashboard can show:
- link clicks;
- wallet connections;
- attributed swaps;
- earned rewards;
- pending rewards;
- claimable rewards.
Attribution requires the referral link or ID to be recognized during the user journey. Browser settings, unsupported flows, an overwritten referral ID, or incomplete activity can affect attribution.
Personal referral ID
A referral link is connected to the wallet used to create it. Where available, you can choose a custom referral code that follows the displayed format requirements.
Keep the link unchanged when sharing it. Removing or modifying its referral parameter can prevent attribution.
Unlimited sharing
There is no fixed cap on the number of users you can refer or the number of qualifying swaps that may be attributed to your link.
The program applies only to qualifying activity and remains subject to the conditions shown in the application.
Claiming rewards
When rewards become claimable:
- Open the referral dashboard.
- Connect the wallet associated with the referral ID.
- Review the claimable amount and destination network.
- Submit the claim.
- Confirm any required wallet action.
Availability, supported claim networks, payout asset, and minimum claim amount are displayed in the dashboard.
Responsible promotion
When sharing Conflux:
- describe the product accurately;
- do not promise guaranteed returns;
- disclose your referral relationship where required;
- avoid impersonating Conflux;
- use official links and brand references responsibly.
Analytics and data
Conflux provides public product views for understanding platform activity.
Analytics
The Analytics page presents a high-level view of activity over time. Depending on data availability, it can include:
- transaction activity;
- volume trends;
- daily charts;
- protocol overview metrics.
Data
The Data page provides more detailed views and filters. It can help users explore activity by dimensions such as:
- network;
- asset;
- timeframe;
- execution metrics.
Interpreting data
Dashboard values can update at different times from individual blockchain explorers. Indexing, finality, classification, and data refresh intervals can produce temporary differences.
Analytics are informational and should not be treated as financial advice, a guarantee of future activity, or a substitute for transaction-level verification.
For a specific transaction, use the status shown by Conflux together with the relevant blockchain explorer.
Security
Conflux is designed to make transaction details reviewable before submission while keeping wallet authorization in the user's hands.
Independent assessment
Conflux has a public security assessment by CertiK covering core EVM swap router components.
The assessment is dated June 24, 2026. The published summary reports:
- 0 critical findings;
- 0 major findings;
- 0 medium findings;
- 4 minor findings;
- 3 informational findings.
The report can be opened from the Conflux Audits page.
An audit is an important security measure, but it cannot eliminate every technical, market, network, or user-side risk.
Protect your wallet
- Use the official Conflux domain.
- Never share your seed phrase or private key.
- Treat unexpected direct messages as suspicious.
- Read every wallet prompt before signing.
- Verify the active network and account.
- Keep wallet software and browser extensions updated.
- Disconnect unfamiliar applications from your wallet.
Conflux support will never need your seed phrase.
Verify the transaction
Before confirming:
- check the source and destination assets;
- verify both networks;
- verify the amount;
- verify the destination address;
- check minimum output;
- review warnings and price impact.
Destination safety
Conflux cannot reverse a completed blockchain transaction. A valid-looking address can still belong to the wrong person or be used on the wrong network.
For new recipients or unfamiliar networks, consider sending a smaller test amount first.
Common scams
Be cautious of:
- fake Conflux websites;
- sponsored search results with lookalike domains;
- unsolicited support messages;
- requests to import a seed phrase;
- requests to install unknown software;
- tokens or links sent by unknown accounts;
- claims that a payment is required to unlock support.
Use only the official links listed at the end of this document.
Troubleshooting
No route is available
Try the following:
- Confirm that both assets and networks are supported.
- Reduce or adjust the transaction amount.
- Refresh the quote.
- Try Auto mode.
- Review custom slippage or route preferences.
- Wait and try again if a network or market is temporarily unavailable.
Route availability can change. A pair that worked previously may not have an active route under current conditions.
The quote keeps changing
Quotes reflect current market and network conditions. Changes can be caused by:
- asset price movement;
- liquidity changes;
- network fee changes;
- quote expiration;
- a changed transaction amount;
- a changed destination address or setting.
Refresh the quote and review the updated minimum output before continuing.
The wallet does not connect
- Confirm that the wallet is unlocked.
- Refresh the page.
- Check that your browser allows the wallet extension to run.
- Close duplicate wallet prompts.
- Verify that the selected wallet supports the required ecosystem.
- Try reconnecting from the Conflux interface.
Never enter a seed phrase into a website to solve a connection problem.
The balance is not updating
Balance displays can lag behind a recently confirmed transaction.
- Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer.
- Confirm that the wallet is on the correct network.
- Refresh the wallet and Conflux.
- Verify that the asset is visible in the wallet.
A transaction is pending
Network congestion can delay confirmation. Check:
- the source transaction status;
- the cross-chain progress shown in Conflux;
- the destination network;
- relevant explorer links.
Do not resubmit blindly. Duplicate submissions can create additional transactions and fees.
The destination balance has not arrived
A source confirmation does not always mean the complete cross-chain flow has finished.
Check the status in Conflux and allow the displayed route time to pass. Confirm that you are viewing the correct destination address, network, and asset.
The transaction failed
A transaction can fail because of:
- price movement beyond slippage tolerance;
- changed route availability;
- insufficient source balance;
- insufficient native gas;
- an expired quote;
- network congestion;
- wallet rejection;
- transaction simulation or execution errors.
Read the displayed error before trying again. Refresh the quote and confirm balances and settings.
TWAP stopped progressing
Check:
- the order status;
- remaining source balance;
- available native gas;
- wallet connection;
- current route availability;
- whether a transaction is awaiting confirmation.
Do not start another order for the same amount until you understand the state of the existing order.
Referral activity is missing
Confirm that:
- the shared link contains the complete referral parameter;
- the referred user opened that link;
- the qualifying activity completed;
- you connected the wallet associated with your referral ID;
- the dashboard has had time to update.
Attribution cannot always be restored when the referral parameter was missing or replaced before the qualifying activity.
Frequently asked questions
Does Conflux hold my wallet credentials?
No. You connect a compatible wallet and confirm required actions through that wallet. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to Conflux or anyone claiming to be support.
What is the difference between a bridge and a swap?
A bridge moves value between networks. A swap exchanges one asset for another. A cross-chain swap can combine both actions in one guided transaction flow.
Which networks are supported?
Conflux supports multiple blockchain ecosystems, including EVM networks, Solana, Tron, Bitcoin, and Sui. The selectors in the application show the currently available networks, assets, and routes.
Why is my expected output changing?
Quotes respond to market prices, liquidity, network fees, route availability, and transaction size. Refresh the quote and review it again before confirming.
Is the quoted output guaranteed?
No. The quote is an estimate. The minimum output and slippage settings define the protection applied to execution where supported.
What is the best slippage setting?
There is no universal best value. Smart slippage is suitable for users who want a suggested setting. Manual values require an understanding of liquidity, volatility, transaction size, and execution risk.
Should I choose Fastest or Cheapest?
Choose based on your priority. Fastest emphasizes expected completion time, Cheapest emphasizes estimated cost, and Smart balances available route characteristics. Actual results depend on network conditions.
Can I send to another wallet?
Yes, eligible transactions allow a custom destination address. Verify that the address belongs to the correct destination network before submitting.
What is Add Gas?
Add Gas is an optional feature for eligible cross-chain transactions. It includes a small amount of the destination network's native asset so the destination wallet can more easily make a follow-up transaction.
What is TWAP?
TWAP divides an amount into smaller parts executed over time. It can spread execution but does not guarantee a better price.
Can I cancel a blockchain transaction?
Submitted blockchain transactions are generally not reversible. Some scheduled actions may be paused or cancelled before later parts are submitted, but already submitted parts cannot be undone through Conflux.
Do referred users pay more?
No. A qualifying referral reward comes from Conflux's share of the applicable fee rather than an added referral surcharge.
How much can a referrer earn?
The current referral rate is 35% of the Conflux swap fee generated by qualifying referred activity. The dashboard shows attributed and claimable rewards.
Is Conflux audited?
Conflux publishes a CertiK security assessment covering core EVM swap router components. The report is available through the Audits page.
Is using Conflux risk-free?
No blockchain or market activity is risk-free. Risks can include price movement, slippage, network failures, wallet compromise, token behavior, liquidity changes, user error, and third-party infrastructure disruptions.
Review every transaction and use amounts appropriate for your own risk tolerance.
Where can I get support?
Use the official Conflux website and community links below. Never share private keys or seed phrases with anyone offering support.
